1964 Chevrolet Belair Station Wagon This is a 64 Belair Wagon that has been in my group of friends since 1998. It is mostly original paint and original interior. It has just the right amount of patina! The car tells a story for sure. The power rear window works well from the das switch and the real tailgate key. It also has an old school trailer hitch on it that is pretty cool. It has a 327 that was rebuilt in 2000 (. 030 over with mild cam) and has an estimated 50. 00 miles on it. The odometer doesn’t work so this is a guess. The car was a daily driver from when it was rebuilt in 2000 to 2005 and has not been driven much since then. just a couple times a year. 2 speed powerglide shifts smoothly (mileage unknown). I have recently done a whole bunch of maintenance to make this car drive great. The items recently done (over the last 8 months) are as follows: Brakes (all new) · CPP front disc brake conversion with dual circuit power brakes and proportioning valve· Ceramic brake pads· Rear drums Suspension (all new) · Drop Spindles· Front coil springs· Upper balljoints· Lower balljoints· Upper control arm bushings· Lower control arm bushings· Inner tierod ends· Outer tierod ends· Idler arm· KYB Gas A Just front shocks· Upper bump stops· Lower bump stops· Swaybar end links Steering (all new) · Power steering control valve· Power steering ram· All power steering hoses Engine · Alternator· Voltage regulator · Power steering belt· Alternator belt· PCV valve· Vacuum hoses (to distributor and transmission)· Sparkplugs· Cap· Rotor· Plug wires. Valve cover gaskets· Water pump (last year)· Battery (last year)· Very nice original ram horn exhaust manifolds· Dual Flowmaster exhaust Cooling · 4 core 409 radiator· Radiator cap· petcock· 180 degree thermostat· Upper radiator hose· Lower radiator hose· Both heater hoses Tires/Alignment · 4 brand new tires (front 215-45-17. rear 235-45-17)· Fresh alignment Interior · Replaced front floor with correct reproduction metal· POR-15 full floor pan· Dynamat full floor pan· New Trim Parts carpet kit· I also got some extra matching carpet and cut out a rear cargo mat· Nice condition heater control unit Electrical· New headlight switch· New high/low beam floor switch If I were to keep this car. the only things I would do are replace the windshield. it appears to still be the original and has scratches (no cracks) . Repair the bottoms of the door panels (have extra carpet for this). and possible do new cloth inserts in the seats. This is a great driving car; I wouldn’t hesitate to drive it anywhere. The headliner is nearly perfect with one very small tear at the very back. The seats and lower door panels could use a little love but they are still extremely cool as-is. I am happy to take any specific pictures you would like or answer any questions. just ask! Thanks for looking. /p> Jeff On Jan-30-15 at 06:21:06 PST. seller added the following information:Hello.
