Car description

We have two 4WD suburban trucks that have been bead blasted, primed and professionally painted at a cost of almost $10,000/ each, including the fame and underbody. The body work is literally perfect on each and they have been stored indoors. Both vehicles came out of the desert and there is zero corrosion anywhere. Each vehicle has its suspension, wheels, tires, new carpet, most of its glass, (and hoods) but the engine, drive train and interiors have been removed and are available separately. The frames and engine compartments have been prepped and painted as well. One vehicle is a 1990 1/2 ton with barn doors, the other is a 1977 3/4 ton with traditional tail gate, both have (had) 4WD.
The tape and foam you see in the pictures is merely to protect the paint work while they have been stored. Each vehicle sold "where is" and "as is", with title, at $2500 each. Each vehicle has "good bones" and could be the basis for building a beautiful "zero" mile classic truck.
We have received many, many questions about the parts for / from these trucks. We have many of the parts, in fact we probably have most of them, but no one has the time or inclination to do an accounting to make sure as the trucks and parts were put into storage a few years ago. At this stage, if someone wants to purchase both trucks for $5000, they can have all of our suburban parts for an additional $2000. This would include transfer cases x 2, transmissions x 2, steering columns, trim, drive shafts, (no engines) etc etc. We will not certify that you are getting everything to make either truck complete, but we will certify you are getting everything for these suburbans that we still have. At last count there were roughly five 48" x 48" x 48" pallet containers of parts that came out of these truck. Some of the parts are new, some are used, some need rehab, some are just plain junk. Remember that the restoration of these trucks was stopped mid-process and everything as packed up and put into storage.
