Car description

This car is very clean drive it anywhere, It set in dry heated and cooled storage for 25 years before I purchased it. Has a Rebuilt 1955 Chevy 235 enginebored .040 over .010 .010 crank with 2,700 miles on it, Original radiator. Car has original trans and rear end. trans is a little noisy in first gear but that's normal.still 6 hole hubs, new brakes, tires and wheels. All new glass [a little fogging around the edges on some glass.] I believe it is the Tent they used. New Red Crushed Valure Interior [seats, door panels, and head liner] new Beige Carpet. All it needs is a little Personal TLC to make it perfect. It could use a paint job, But personally I would leave it as is. Has a Good Clean Missouri Title. All suspension is original and tight,. handles great. Over the week end we went for a drive out on the 4 lane, cruise'n along when I glanced down, I was doing 80mph. Smooth running at that speed, of coarse I slowed down, I did notice that it needs new motor mounts, they will be replaced before you pick it up. No dents anywhere. I did find a small ding in the very front of the hood when we cleaned it up Saturday morning "BB", kids next door I'm sure. . All doors shut tight and solid no rattles, All windows roll up and down as they should wing glass' as well, they are roll out. No wind noise to speak of. Cowl vent works perfect. Has good heater, All floors are solid. Has a Mustang II steering column mated to the OEM steering box,New Casset Player. New Magnetic Pulse pick up ignition. Car has never been smoked in since built. No mechanical problems that I am aware of. I have driven it over 700 miles with no problems at all. Has new 12 volt Alternator. So it has been converted to 12 volt.. New after market gauges they look original,,, Have fun bidding, hope you win, Larry

I use pay pal

Revised:

This car is all steel no fiber glass anywhere. I did find a ding in the very front of the hood, it's a BB shot. Kids next door shooting BB guns,,,,

Rear end is a little greasy but there is no leaks. I would say seals were replaced and not cleaned up. I park it on the concrete and it shows no drips anywhere,,,

Still has the original steering box. It was cut and mated to the mustang II steering column

I do except pay pal for deposit or full payment,,,

Found a little rust, Back doors just below the lower hinges where the door closes cant see when doors are closed. It's not bad, but it's there.

Under the trunk, floor brace thin sheet metal has some rust very easy fix,,,

I have a '93 Caprice TBI 305 engine and transwith all the wiring and PCM. Odometer showed 135,000. I was going to use it in this car with the AC and power steering, I would be willing to let it go with the car for a little $$$

It is a very good running engine as well as the trans shifts and holds good,, I took it out of a running driving car I owned,,,
