Car description

Up for sale is my 1960 Chevrolet Apache. I bought this truck 2 years ago pre built, nd then did some upgrades, epairs. The engine trans and air ride were installed by the previous owner, he seller who owned a garage/custom shop .I'll go over everything I know and have been told. It's got an early 80's 350 V8 in it. Was told it was a crate engine but I never ran the block numbers. Was told when I bought it it had 20,000 miles on a complete rebuild. Since then I've probably put 5000 miles on it. The engine runs smooth and quite with no knocks or ticks. Has lots of power. Trans is a TH350 3 speed auto trans with roughly 25k miles on it since being rebuilt. trans shifts smooth. I can run about 65 mph on the highway without too much effort. speedo dosent work. i use a gps app on my phone.Drum brakes front and rear.In the last 500 miles I've done the following.New plugs, ires, ebuilt Holley 600 carb, otor and cap, new fuel filter, ir filter, uel tank and sending unit, nd oil and filter change. Two new rear tires.Truck has a Simple wiring harness. low and high beams work, urn signals and hazards work. brake lights work. no reverse lights. no interior or dash lights. wipers work. heat is set up but not wired and needs a new cab fan switch because I broke it.The truck is bagged front and rear and has a C notched frame over the rear axle, ts a two switch set up. front up/down rear up/down. It has a viaar ingle compressor and a 20-25 gallon tank. Rides pretty smooth when aired up. When bagged out it rides like a brick.I also have a set of 15x8 wheels for the front. The 6 lug wheels are hard to find. I paid 200 bucks at a swap meet.the miller lite tap handle will not come with the truck. it has sentimental value. The truck has new front fenders and inner fenders in the engine bay. both rockers have been replaced. and the floor has been replaced in a few spots. there is a hole in the driver rear cab floor that is the size of a baseball and should be fixed. i never got around to it. it has some holes in the rear bed fenders. the doors and hood have some mud in them, nd dings and the paint is chipped and showing its wear and tear but that's the look I wanted. I didnt want a show truck i wanted a driver that was a little ratty.Ive driven the truck 80 miles in one direction to a car show before. I wouldnt hesitate to drive it even farther. It starts right up, new battery and alternator.Things I would address.Driver side valve cover gasket should be replaced. After a long hauls at highway speeds and high rpms it does push a little oil out.Trans pan gasket has a small leak. I just always checked my fluids and topped them off.Driver side engine mount is ugly. half ass weld job from previous owner. I was going to tear down the truck and redo it but i want to build something else.Front tires are older and have some cracking. I was going to buy new tires for the new rims but never got around to it, ires are bias ply.Ive got videos i can send of the truck running that i can send. The truck is posted locally for sale and i reserve the right to end the ebay listing at anytime.Buyer is responsible for shipping. I dont have paypal set up but i will work on that. Id prefer cash on pickup anyway.please message me with any questions. im sure ive missed some points.Clean title in hand.
