We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer isresponsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer's Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it'sthe buyer's responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can't make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car.

If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer's responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on the vehicle because they now own it. All deposits are non-refundable, so please make sure you know exactly what you're buying before you bid. Our shipper will get the car to you within 4 days to 2 weeks at a fair price. All cars left on our lot after 30 days will be charged $18 a day and we hope we never have to collect a dime. But we don't have enough space to store everyone's car after they're paid for. It's the buyer's responsibility to pick up their car that they just purchased. Please remember we are on the buyer's side. Thank you for looking at our 1960 Fleetwood 4-door Cadillac. This car was parked into a garage running in 1974 and I bought it from a Granddaughter when they were liquidating her Grandfather's home. The interior is in great shape for being 60 years old. The body has some rust, but not bad at all and the underneath/frame is 100% solid. There were no keys for the car, so we manually got the trunk open. The trunk looks pretty nice. The engine compartment looks pretty decent. The underneath of all 4 doors is still very solid. Once the right individual gets it up and running, they can definitely make a nice car out of it. We buy and sell a lot of old cars, and we just don't have the place to store it to eventually go through the whole car, so we're passing the restoration experience over to a new individual who will really like and appreciate the car and make it their own. It reads 76K miles (they're probably actual), but I have to sell it being non-actual, because it came through an estate.
