Car description

Up for sale is a 1984 Buick LeSabre Limited 4 door sedan. Shows 82k miles with one owner per AutoCheck and sure looks like it; believed correct though mileage is exempt at this age. Tons of newer parts noted in description. the original Olds 5.0L (307 cubic inch) V8 with 4 bbl carburetor. Rare for year is that it's the 200R transmission, not the 200R4, so it's a 3 speed automatic with 2.41 rear gears. Lifelong southern car with no body rust and nothing but minor surface rust underneath. I wouldn't hesitate to drive this car anywhere - ready to drive.

Drivetrain: Engine starts easy and runs smooth. Runs at proper temp, doesn't overheat, doesn't smoke, and doesn't make odd noises. Transmission engages gears quickly and shifts through the gears sharply. Newer alternator, cap, rotor, wires, plugs, water pump, radiator, hoses, battery, gas tank - very well maintained.

Body: Car has had one repaint but a decent one. There are a couple very minor scratches. No dents, no rust, no bondo. The vinyl top is newer and very nice. Chrome bumpers are nice with no rust or major dings. Impact strips are intact. Body fillers between bumpers and body have all been replaced and aren't cracked or missing.

Interior: Seats are in great shape with no notable wear. Dashboard is covered but a velvet protector, but there are no cracks in the dash underneath. Carpet and headliner are newer and in great shape. Door panels are nice. Tops of door panel fake wood has been tastefully covered in wood decals.

Options: Power driver's seat does not work but there's a new power seat motor/rails included. Power windows all work, power locks work, tilt, cruise, rear defrost work. Has an aftermarket CD player with remote that works. Newer a/c compressor, dryer, and condensor - air blows cold and heat blows hot.

Drivability: Suspension is good - soft but not bouncy. Steering has a little play but tracks straight going down the road. Power steering and power brakes work well. Brakes have about 50% life left. Tires have about 90% tread left.

Bonus: There's a trunk full of maintenance parts: several air and oil filters, over 10 headlamps, various other filters, lenses, headlight bezels, two grilles, spark plugs and wires, heat riser tube, connectors, bulbs, a brand new car cover, and other parts. There are easily $500 in extra parts. ALL of these extra parts are included with a full price offer. Zero parts are included for a penny less. These are not pictured, but message me and I'll send pics.

Short terms: Deposit due in 24 hours via PayPal. Balance due by cash in person or Wells Fargo cashier's check. If those don't work for you, contact me before making an offer. Sold as is where is. Inspections in person are encouraged - happy to show it weekday evenings and any time weekends. Car needs to be paid in full 7 days after auction end, and picked up within 30 days of auction end.
