1968 Buick Skylark Convertible rolling body clone 68-72 Chevelle or GTO, GS, 442

This car has the GM A-Body convertible components to splice into your A- body GM Hardtop to clone it into a convertible. The steering, rakes and remaining drivetrain is not suitable for use on the road, nless first replacing most of the steering parts, epacking wheel bearings, tc...If you have a running 68 era running buick skylarkthis might supply a frame and chassis to make your car into a convertible.

This 1968 Buick Skylark Convertible Body, o bumpers, enders, ngine, ransmissionor seats... This car has a very nice convertible frame underneath that would fit other 68-72 GM's. I am not parting this one out. You will need to buy the whole car. It has so, o... floors and quarters with some significant patching in the driver's door jamb...and some usual rust around the wheel wells. All though the trunk floor is really pretty good. Car could have the several partial sections of the main floors patched...that is by butt welding patches, ather than complete floor replacement. Under rear seat area is nice...see photos. Dash is weathered with faded plastic over instruments but mostly there. It was Bucket Seat with center console car. I don't have the back seat or buckets or console. It has convert rack, ut the top bow that has some rust in the front header, ut could be replaced/repaired. Front cowl has one bad area that needs replacement along flat metal surface at the top, n front of windshield, lso a bit in one area of the trunk lip. I believe it was a 350 engine with Auto Trans...
