Car description

I have forsale my 1991 bmw 318is e30 this car is incredibly clean and well cared for. The car has many tasteful upgrades and is as clean on the bottom as it is on to, this is an Arizona car so absolutely zero rust anywhere. To add to that the car is # and vin matching every panel / glass / down to the side markers aside from small parts that were upgraded through the years this car is all original. Here is a list of the pros and cons
•new cooling system/ radiator and hoses• bilstein and h&r spec e30 suspension• aluminum euro strut braces front/rear•short throw z3 shifter and weighted knob• new drive shaft and carrier bearing• lsd 373 rear diff still has factory tags/markings• newer cv boots and rebuilt axels•stainless half borla exhaust•euro bosch front light yellow/ smileys•glass fog lights oem original / clear• was told by previous owner the engine was gone through and refreshed and it shows•new bosch plugs and wires• rear brakes have been rebuilt in past 5k miles•alpine stereo and factory door tweeters• almost complete tool kit/ jack/ tow hook•interior is 95% perfect just small details•near perfect factory carpet with floor mats•manual sunroof that works great• no pop out windows / perfect headliner too
cons....•paint is still original how ever it was clearcoated in 2003 and sat in the sun for near a decade before it was garage kept again so it has strange paint blemishes and the usual 100k mile rock chips and small door dings. That being said as you can see from the pictures it may not be a show car but still looks grea, just has more character then most witch is why i left it alone.•dash has AZ typical cracking but still looks very nice as the pictures show•drivers seat has small tears that can easily be patched or fixed•rotted tires / started to split•needs new battery•some front end bushings are splitting / rears have been done
I'm sure i'm forgetting a lot but as it goes this car is the perfect survivor car it shows it imperfections but with a little work could easily be a show stopper. The car runs and blows no smoke and shifts fine but at the moment it is not road worthy do to rotted tire, and front end bushings. I do not have the time or money to fix either witch is the reason the cars not finished i hate to see it go but i have to many projects. As it goes the car is garage kept on a lift and i have owned it for a couple years i knew the previous owner very well so the back history is very accurate. To add to that the car is a 3 owner with a clean car fax and open title ready togo. Don't pass this one up its easily one of the purist and cleanest examples out there that hasn't been drastically restored.
