1966 1/2 Rambler American Rogue 290 V8 - 4 speed. Only 50 cars produced by AMC.

This is an original 1966 1/2 Rambler Rogue 290 V8, 4 speed transmission.AMC only produced 500 290 V8 Rambler American cars and only 50 equipped with Borg-Warmer T10 4 speed transmission.The body needs some work to include the quarter panels and left top front fender and front floor pans will have to be repaired and repainted and the trunk and engine compartment will also have to be repainted. The mechanically job was complete and the car runs beautifully. The front end and brakes were rebuilt. The front and rear springs and shock absorbers were replaced. The 4 speed transmission shifts smooth and the rear axle is in good condition.The gas tank has been reconditioned and coated. A new gas tank unit was installed.The heater works fine with a good heater control valve from a 1970-72 Hornet.The interior headliner has to be repair and the car has no interior carpeting.Please feel free to contact me with any question.
