Car description

G'day, What we have here is a 1952 M-38 Willys / Jeep, rust free Arizona vehicle & since your checking her out y'all probably know more 'bout her than I do, as I'm offering & listing this for an elderly friend (Military veteran) who can no longer show or n'joy driving her. The orig. born on plates on the dash indicate she was built in Toledo, OH. on 05/52' This Willys has been brought back to an amazing correct "reconditioned" status as apparently to call an Ex-Military vehicle "restored" is incorrect unless the builder knew exactly where the vehicle was orig located in it's time of service to our country! Soo that being said when I state this lil' M-38 is in Amazing cond. that is an understatement, y'all could literally eat off of the undercarriage of this bad-boy (although not recommended!) This M-38 did her time as a communications / administrative vehicle, to the original owners knowledge & has been "reconditioned" as such with all the period correct radio (2-stack) & antenna & side mount, all (5) brand new correct tires, new glass & weather strips throughout, all top & seat material has been redone to spec. The orig. L134 flat-head was completely gone through as was the drive-train which doesn't so much as show any seepage of any kind, with the dual 24 volt (waterproof) charging sys. functioning as it should (2 brand new 12 volts in series) this lil' M-38 produces a "Blistering" 60 or so H.P. so do challenge your neighbor's Vette or V-dub for that matter to a pink slip run, but she starts & runs as the day she was born! There are also the Factory correct 1/2 doors that go with, however they are in need of restoration. In closing please feel free ta ask any questions y'all may have & I'll try to answer to the best of my ability. She is a true survivor of a long gone era, but as a piece of history goes, she is as correct as they get. Thank you for looking & considering this amazing Lil' Willys. GOD Bless.
