My father-in-law cannot keep his baby, so it's time for it to be sold to someone looking for this beautiful car.

If you know Volvos, this is a great "brick”. The 1988 740 GLE-TA. A true Classic (30 years) in excellent condition. Just past 125K original miles. 2.3L Four BFT Turbo Automatic O/D. MPG 16 city/ 25 hwy. Original dealer delivery doc to original owner. Original owner's manual. I am only its third owner. Original paint, engine, and drivetrain. No major damage, no structural damage, no corrosion. Complete chassis rustproofing.

Current (8/28/17) Volvo dealer inspection included (see photo), complimentary consultation with Dealership Service Advisor upon request for serious buyer. Service history for the past 10 years. Original Volvo mats and cloth front seat covers. Heated leather seats.

I have done the maintenance. New items include: Complete OEM A/C including hoses and VOV valve. HVAC OEM blower motor. New OEM fuel pumps, primary and in-tank and filters. New OEM "power stage" ICM. New OEM distributor (crank/cam sensors). New OEM Cat. New fuse panel and wiring by Volvo Dealer Svc. All Good Year tires. Tranny renewed/serviced 4K miles ago.
