For sale is a 1969 Volkswagen Beetle Convertible Restomod. The car has recently been removed from storage and is now offered for sale. The car was restored and then driven in the 1990's. The car does run and drive. The car is painted in a color never offered from the factory, black, and has a tan interior with a tan Haartz stayfast canvas convertible top. All of the bows for the top were replaced with new wood. The car currently has a powerful 2110cc Bernie Bergmann engine with dual carbs. The car was retrofitted with four wheel disc brakes. This car has a bit of rust in both of the front fender tips. The speedometer was not rebuilt at the time of the restoration therefore provides an inaccurate mileage for the restoration. 40,000 +/- is estimated since the restoration. Please note that the car is wet in the pictures and water droplets can be seen in the photos.
