1973 VW squareback

I am offering my 1973 vw squareback for sale. This is an absolute blast to drive. It drives straight and in the years that I have owned it, I have had to put very little money in to it.

This car spent most of its life in the south and made its way up north about 10 years ago.The carhas been garage kept and never driven in the winter since I have owned it.

There is no rust present on the body that I aware of with the exception of some surface rust spots on the bumpers. The heat works well, and I am told by my vwmechanic thatthe heat channels are in good shape.

The interior is in good condition as well, as you can see from the pictures. The interior pictures appear as if the interior is white, yet it is alight grey.

A few negatives:

• The previous owner had the car painted and whoever did it, did a subpar job. It looks good 10 feet away, but up close, you will see some drip marks.It never bothered me and I never looked into what it would cost to address or have it repainted asI was never interested in going through the expense ofturning it into a show car.
• There are few pings in the bottom portion of the windshield that are hardly noticeable and do not impact visibility whatsoever. They have been there ever since I have owned the car and it has passed Pennsylvania's safety inspection for the last four years with no issues.
• The car will also be needing a new battery as well, unless I find time to get a new one installed.
• The car is not currently inspected, as I recently moved and haven't gotten around to having the inspection done, but I have only put approximately 500 miles since the last inspection, so I would be surprised if there are any issues.
