1967 VOLKSWAGEN DELUXE VW Van/BUS... This is a rare optioned bus.
It is a clean running bus to create the bus of your dreams or drive it like it is. The deluxe has spent its life as a garaged daily driver in Brazil. This is a fairly dry bus, no rust if any, this one is clean in the bus world. The nose is original and in pristine condition. Still wearing the original emblem and the headlights! How cool is that!
I have taken a ton of pictures so you can see how dry this bus is. This deluxe had 14 inch rims on it. I had the hubcaps replaced with chrome ones. I checked the number on the engine case and I do believe this is the original sized engine for this bus, its a 1500. I brought the bus to a local VW mechanic and he drained the oil and replaced the oil. The engine was rebuilt in the recent past and the brakes work great. She is ready for the long road trip you are dreaming of. The bus runs great. I have driven the bus for awhile and its a lot of fun. The Steering is tight (for a bus) but will need some adjustment as they tend to be loose. I have taken pictures so if you have questions please look at the photos.
