Emmylou has been so much fun to experience traveling along the highways in the Western US. We've really enjoyed her, ut our family has grown and we just don't get out with her much anymore so it's time for another Vanagon family to continue caring for her.

We purchased EmmyLou July 2006 with 70,000 miles from JBD Importsin Denver.

We had to replace the engine in 2009. Long story short, he used VW engine we bought and had installed ended up having a bad head gasket, o for the second (and final) engine replacement, e bit the bullet and went for the Bostig Zetec 2.0 conversion. It now has a Ford engine with about 71,000 miles on it. It works great and shezips right along now and can do 75 mph down the interstate.

All windows/pop-top are waterproof, o leaks.

Window trim cracked and could be replaced, hows age.

Front bumper has scratches around licence plate.

She does have some seam rust. We were going to tackle that next but it will need to be the next owner's project.
