Car description

A nice running car. I have owned it for 10 years and it has always been very dependable. The car has always been in California and has no rust at all. I have a clear title and it is California registered and insured through July 2018. It has always passed California strict SMOG inspection with flying colors. It has 4 aluminum wheels with gold colored centers and "Triumph" center caps which look great on the car. The spare is an original steel wheel.

Shortly after I purchased it I went through the car and did the following;
Rebuilt and recovered the seatsNew rear cockpit panel
New NOS OEM Cylinder Head, not rebuilt unit
New radiatorSPAX Adjustable shocks front and rearPoly bushing throughout the rear endPoly bushings on the sway bar in frontNew upper suspension mounts
New ball joints, tie rod ends, and steering rack.AC Delco alternator 100 amp.Rebuilt the CarburetorsComplete Tune Up
Front and rear brakesDimpled/slotted front rotors
Poly bushings in the shifter mountNew Clutch master CylinderNew Brake Master Cylinder and brake metering valveNew Power Brake Booster
New Transmission mountAdded Fog LightsComplete exhaust including the Catalytic ConverterCD Player/Digital tuner and SpeakersNew fuel Gauge sending unitHalogen Headlights with up-rated lighting harness with relaysNew tires which have about 20,000 miles on them now.
The paint is the original Factory paint which is still in fairly good condition as the car has always been stored inside or under a quality car cover. It does have some small door dents and chips and it has been touched up in a few places as would be expected on a 39 year old car. The Hood and front panel were repainted prior to my ownership due to a parking lot incident.
The roof was replaced in the past and is still in good condition with no rips/tears. The windows are still clear and the rear window zipper functions as it should. There is an original factory Hood Stick Cover (1/2 toneau cover) included as well.

The car came from the factory with AC but it has not had a refrigerant charge in the time that I have owned it. It does hold a vacuum but I doubt that it will hold R134a Freon. Everything is there including the factory compressor brackets.
The FASD (Fully Automatic Starting Device) has been converted to operate on a manual choke cable as the expanding wax bulbs no longer functioned.
I have taken this car on several long trips including Triumphest in San Luis Obispo several years ago. It runs well on the freeway and was a blast to Autocross.

Since my retirement I have completed several project cars and have run out of space to keep everything which forces me to sell this car.
The car runs great so if you want to drive it home you should be able to do that. I make no guarantees as it is a 39 year old car. I am willing to help with loading if you want to ship it somewhere.
The car is available for inspection with a appointment. I have access to a two post lift so you can see the underside of the car if so desired.
More pictures are available if needed. I can also take a picture of any part of the car that you might have a question about.

I will included a file folder full of paperwork form the previous owners and myself.
