This classic 1976 Triumph Spitfire is a fantastic honest drivers car and is a real blast to drive - true turn key fun. I have owned this car for about a year and am sad to see it go, but due to space constraints I have to say goodbye.
This triumph runs and drives beautifully - everything works and the car has no notable issues. The car has been well maintained mechanically and was resprayed within the past 10 years. The paint looks good on 95% of the car but there are a couple of small rust bubbles here and there. Interior looks great for its age, the seats especially.
The tires and brakes are in good shape, I have been keeping up with oil and fluid changes since I purchased the car. The water pump, thermostat, hoses and ball joints are all brand new. The top looks great and doesn't have any tears. Heat works, and the sound system blasts thanks to a relatively new JVC bluetooth head unit along with 4 Pyle speakers - two in the front and two in the back. All of the gages read properly and the suspension feels as tight as a Spitfire is supposed to.
Car comes with a tonneau cover (pictured) as well as a boot for the top (also pictured). Clean New York title.
