Car description

This is a very hard to find "louvered" 63 Cruiser. I bought it like 7'or 8 years ago, came from the high dry desert out west. I put a fresh 350 in it when I bought it (over $2500 installed), and had the front seat professionally reupholstered. I also had the transfer case rebuilt with new gaskets and seals. Have only driven it around my cabin in northern Wisconsin. It has been stored indoors at all times.
Paint job is two tone silver and gray and looks really cool. I called it the "Silver Bullet”. The paint job is by no means perfect and was done by the previous owner, but I liked it. I have owned at least 8 cruisers over the years and people always asked about this one when I drove it.
Has awesome Weld rims and big ass tires with lots of tread. Full size spare, trailer hitch and wires for towing small trailers. 4wd works perfectly. Drives like a dream straight as an arrow.
The vehicle is nearly 60 years old. Has very few issues. The only ones I can think of are the windshield wipers and slow and there is a super slow transfer case leak. Also the vent windows are gorilla taped, I never got around to finding replacements. The heater is in the vehicle but we bypassed it due to a leak in the heater core under the glovebox. All the parts are there and it could be fixed if you wanted to. I didn't need heat because I would never drive any of my cruisers in winter up here due to the salt on the roads. It spent every winter in a climate controlled garage hooked up to a charger. Brakes are fine and she burns ZERO oil.
This is a great candidate for restoration or you can do what I did...drive it and enjoy it!
