1978 Toyota Landcruiser FJ45

These trucks are certainly becoming increasingly rare. I just finished this truck and everything seems to be functioning accordingly. This is a N. American spec vehicle from Canada. The truck has an Aqualu bed, cab and fenders. The 2F was rebuilt by Robby in Co. with 3FE head and fuel injection and is balanced, ported and polished and runs amazingly quiet and smooth. A/C is Vintage Air mated to a FJ62 compressor and blows cold as can be. The power steering is FJ62 and sits on the frame so it's not our front like Saginaw and you have Toyota pump, box and tilt wheel. All lights, horn and wipers function from the steering column.. LED headlights are bright and give a somewhat modern appearance. The swing down spare tire carrier can be removed as it fits the receiver and there is a receiver below it for pulling with spare mounted. Seats are used but in great condition without tears. The truck has an H55 5spd transmission that shifts smoothly. (4) wheel disc brakes stop the truck straight and safely. Split T-case is super smooth. ARB rear locker is flawless. The windows are receiving tint this coming Thursday and the bluetooth stereo is getting installed as well. Like any vehicle this age there are always things to improve on as you go but the truck is sound and solid at this point. I do have assembly pictures available.
