Car description

I urge interested buyers to do some research. These cars are steadily going up in value and are very hard to find. First Generation Celicas in similar condition in Japan, when they comeavailable, are bringing upwards of $30k-$35k USD and above in some cases before shipping, legalization fees, and before any of the custom and rare parts on this one. Take this in consideration when evaluating what you are willing to pay. All of the hard work is done and this car isready for pickup in Tennessee for your enjoyment.
1976 Toyota CelicaImported from JapanOriginal 2T-U Engine and 5 speed T50 TransmissionSUPER LOW 66,300 Kilometers (41,196 miles)
Car was purchased in 100% stock and original condition in Japan. All upgrades were installed immediately upon acquisition. One owner car in Japan and I am the only US owner. Car is federally legal and was brought over through all the proper channels. Clean and Clear TN title in hand. All Factory Japanese Paperwork and Manuals Included.
Body is unrestored and original. Super Rare New Factory Toyota Mirrors Installed. Paint is all original other than a touch up on the drivers side fender likely done a long time ago. Has its very minor random dings as expected in a 40yr old car which includes a line on the passenger fender where pin striping was removed and burned through the paint. Was left untouched and not repainted however to maintain originality. Car has very minimal rust. Tiny spot of surface on the rockers and a few small spots on the hatch. That is all. Floor, undercarriage, trunk, etc is 100% rust free. As seen in the main picture the paint from the factory bumpers has been removed. They are in great condition but a nice chrome plating would complete the look.
All the custom Suspension was specially made in black by Techno Toy Tuning for this car. Limited Edition Techno Toy Black Camber Plates also. Also utilizes Techno Toy Tunings new urethane bushings on the body side of all suspension arms instead of their normal heim joints.
An odyssey battery has been installed in the stock location that still retains the factory JIS terminals. Distributor points have been upgraded to electronic along with a new ignition coil. Everything else engine related is original and all factory parts that were replaced will be included. Car runs fantastic. Has zero mechanical issues. Car has taken three 500 mile road trips this past year and I would not hesitate to do it again.
Interior in near mint. 100% crackless dash. Small separation in drivers seat stitching. Factory speakers were upgraded to Rockford Fosgate pieces. Stock Japanese Radio was swapped out for plug n play US AM/FM unit. Original included of course. Has Super RARE factory intermittent wipers.

eBay limited me to 24 photos and I realized this morning I was missing an engine bay photo. Since an opening bid has already been made I am unable to add it. Follow this link to view an engine bay photo. Yes, it is also in fantastic condition.
