Car description

Selling my Saab 900 Turbo Convertible Springtime in Sweden 1988

The car is all original, unfortunately misses the SiS badge on the hand glove box.
The car has 153k miles on the clock. Installed is the original engine, and all parts are matching original VIN (a lot of parts still have the original sticker showing the matching VIN).

The car is in general a raw beauty, runs and drives (I drove 1,000 weekend miles last 12 months) but needs some real work to get back to its original glory.
I am selling this car as a project car, which needs work, and which is also the reason why I am selling - I have not enough time and I am not a mechanic...

The car is triple black (black paint, black roof, black (buffalo grey) seats) with original SPG paneling, which I think looks just great and is the best color combination for this car.
The SiS (Springtime in Sweden) edition has in addition to above color combination and glovebox badge (only true sign of a SiS, badge has been stolen, so ismissing!!), no Turbo and 900 type badges on the trunk, no Turbo badges on sides of the hood and no Turbo badge on grille,

Leather seats have no major cracks, but signs of age.
Dashboard has cracks, but I am selling with dashboard cover which needs full installation.
Car comes with original service booklet, manuals and original parade cover, but without radio.

Recent work done within last 12 months:
4 new Bridgestone tires
new roof topping installed
Roof mechanics serviced/oiled (no cracking, no leaks)
Oil change and filter change
4 New brake pads
Rear brake cylinder
Brake fluid change and system flushed
New fuel pump
New fuel filter
New spark plugs
New drive belt
Injection system cleaned
New carpet mats
New automatic antenna
Newboot floorcover
New speaker front and rear
New speaker cover in rear
New main light (drive/fog) switch
New Bosch fog lights (installed, connection need to be finalized)
Window motor left

The not so good to be as transparent as possible, not trying to talk the condition ofthe car up or down...:
The car should get a paint job (it looks still okay as seen on pictures, but a lot scratches and smaller dings as you get closer to the car)
Car has rust which needs taken care of (as example inner lower frontwheel arches, underneath doors inside, battery tray, inside trunk bottom, etc.)
Control arm, bushings and ball joints need to be changed (old rubber is hard and noisy when driven)
Headlamp/headlights need adjustment (both fully working)
Badges on hood and trunk faded
A/C is not working (did not check why, might be a minor thing, might be bigger)
Minor oil leak (after winter oil underneath engine on garage floor (nothing major at all, but mentioning for transparency)...

turn signal stick/switch does not hold (left signal - common issue... the cruise control works well)

fuel gauge (in dashboard) does not want to show gas level...
Probably some more things, but tried to get obvious and knownissues mentioned.

I am selling without warranty, I don't accept returns, and the car is sold as is.
I encourage everyone to view and test the car before bidding or buying.

The car is located in 06412 Chester, CT.

The car also needs to be picked up at this location.
