Car description

1977 Silver Wraith II. This is the long wheel base Silver Shadow. I have owned this car for the past 14 years. The car is in excellent running and driving condition.
I have copies of the original documentation from the day it was ordered and sold for $56,135.00 in 1977. This car was a Dallas Texas car until I purchased it and brought it to North Carolina. It is rust free. I have a clear North Carolina title in my name.
I have many maintenance records totaling more than $35,000.00! It has been meticulously maintained.Within the last 500 miles extensive service has been performed which included:
Oil pan Gasket replaced, New gear reduction Starter, Carburetors rebuilt, fuel pump replaced, fuel filters replaced, fluids replaced. New tires.
Brake Hydraulic work just completed: Cleaned and rebuilt fluid reservoir, Rebuilt brake pumps, rebuilt accumulator valves, G valve, distribution valves, leveling valves. All brake calipers rebuilt with stainless pistons, new pads installed. All flexible brake hoses replaced. Complete RR363 system flush and bled.
Approximately two years ago the water pump, hoses and belts, thermostat, valve cover gaskets and intake manifold gaskets were replaced. The steering rack was also rebuilt, and some front suspension bushings replaced.
The ignition system has been serviced with a new distributor cap, rotor, spark plugs and wires. The electronic ignition system upgraded with a Pertronix system and coil.
All parts were purchased from overseas Motors on Dallas, and Albers Rolls Royce in Zionsville Indiana.
The interior is in very nice condition. The leather is nice and soft and very clean. This car has always been kept indoors. The Wilton carpet is excellent. The stereo system has been upgraded to a modern CD player unit, and the 8 track removed. A custom made burl wood panel with RR emblem fills it's space. The wood is all original, and the varnish is peeling on the door panel caps.
The exterior lacquer paint is original and is in overall good condition with the exception of some cracking in the cowl area in front of the windshield, above the headlights and on the top of the quarter panels. The car has never had any accident damage. The Ever flex top has been professionally replaced.
The car does have the toolbox in the trunk above the battery, and original owners manual in the glove box.
Overall the car is a very nice example of a Silver Wraith II, and always gets attention.
I have priced the car very fairly for it's condition, and it would be hard to find one in similar condition for the price.
A $500 PayPal deposit will be due within 24 hours of sale. The balance may be paid with Cash in person, or through bank transfer. The car will be kept indoors until pick up. I will assist in whatever way necessary to help with carefully loading the vehicle for transportation.
