Car description

Very Nice California car Black on Black Porsche 924S. From all o have read, this is the same engine that was put into the newer 944 that replaced the 924. Car runs and drives very well. With only 80,209 miles, it has a lot of life and has not been driven much in last several years. The clutch was just replaced on 7/17/17 with OEM style SACHS clutch kit at a cost of just under $1500. Although the mileage was not noted on receipt, the AC was retrofitted on 7/31/17 by a different shop that has mileage noted as 79603. So the clutch only has about 800 miles on it. The tires were replaced with new Michelins at 78K miles in April of 2012 to give you an idea how little it was driven and car has been garaged entire time I am told.

I purchased this car for my son and he was not interested in a sports car, or stick shift. I have driven the car very little as we placed on Non-op due to it not being insured and I did not get required California smog inspection. Title is clean in my name, no back fees. There is a smog certificate dated 10/17/2012 with 78,151 miles that passed.

The paint looks very good, as does the interior. Looks like there were new seat covers purchased and installed in 2011, seats are very nice and soft, like new. Paint looks excellent. No signs of rust underneath either.

I have been starting the car about once a month to keep the battery up and will give it a quick spin around the block to keep everything going. I have owned this for over a year, and have decided I could use the garage space more than something we are not driving and enjoying. I do not know of any issues with the car that need addressing, and all the gauges seem to be working as do the power windows, antenna and stereo ( detachable face pioneer stereo with remote control, very cool 80's touch)

I have listed with no reserve, with a very reasonable starting price for a car as clean as it is with a manual transmission, new clutch and tires, very very presentable paint and clean interior.

If you have any questions, please let me know and I will do my best to answer.

Thanks,
