Car description

Hello,
College is forcing me to sell my 914 project car, which is very unfortunate, as I've been collecting parts for a very long time to make this car a very fast car, but I cannot take it with me. I bought the car a little over a year ago from Lancaster, and it literally has ZERO rust minus a small amount at the hellhole, but the longitudinals are solid, and can easily be seen in person or pictures. Even the jacking points are solid, as well as the sails, windshield frame, floors, etc. The floors were completely stripped, seam sealed and painted, as well as the rear trunk, when it was stitch welded to prevent the shock mounts from tearing with high spring rates.
This car is 100% complete minus an engine, and I even have most of the parts to get a 1.7/1.8L engine going, including all of the fuel injection parts, besides injectors(throttle body, sensors, vacuum lines, etc). The plan was a Subaru engine swap, so the stock engine was solid in anticipation of that.
Here complete parts list of the car and their estimated cost:
Bilstein HD shocks with ground control coilover adapters (1600$)
Weltmeister 22mm swaybar (400$)
New windshield, installed with Dr. 914 install kit (400$)
Full poly-graphite bushings for the ENTIRE car with stainless pivot shafts(600$)
Rebuilt rack and pinion with a turbo tie rod kit, as well as a bumpsteer kit(600$)
Suspension was all cleaned, painted and the trailing arms were plated, as well as I have a full frame stiffening kit for the car (inner longs, 914-gt kit, swaybar stiffeners (600$)
gas tank was professionally rebuilt, stripped, sealed inside, and painted gloss black, with a new sending unit(650$)
All new wheel bearings (300$)
New sway-away front torsion bars, 21mm (400$)
Classic authentic momo leather wheel and adapter (300$)
New german carpet kit from 914 rubber (300$)
New stainless braided brake lines (100$)
New stainless tunnel lines with new rubber lines throughout (200$)
New DOT approved LED 6" headlights (500$)
Centerline ultra lite 15x7 wheels with Falken Azenis 205/50R15 Tires and fresh powder coat(1200$)

All these parts total over my asking price, and does not even include the cost of the car, nor minor odds and ends! Everything is new or rebuilt, and in great condition. Parts add up to almost 9000$!
The car only needs brakes and an engine to be ready, as well as the frame stiffening installed, and a few minor odds and ends assembled. The car has a rear chromed bumper in perfect shape, and the front is a racing inspired front bumper. The paint is in okay shape, and is definitely an older respray, but is somewhat presentable. The seats have minor tears but are in very good shape for their age, and the bottoms have been redone. All glass is there and in good shape as well. The car comes with a luggage rack, and had factory a/c, due to the cut trunk, but it is no longer there. Comes with a sideshift trans, with all new bushings and new fuel lines throughout the car, with stainless braided brake lines. Car was running prior to engine removal, and shifted well. I will include a box of parts removed from the car when purchased, including stock suspension, rear brake calipers, etc. I had a car cover made for the car as well as an indoor cover, and will include these. The car has been reassembled, but needs new rear wheel bearings,
