absolutely gorgeous all original "not a clone! " 1979 Trans Am Special Edition Y84 with camel tan interior and auto trans. has original 403 engine with 72800 +-DOCUMENTED mileage second owner bought from dealer which obtained from original owner in Michigan absolutely zero rust ever!! the interior is absolutely gorgeous free of cracks in dash or any rips etc, this car had 1 repaint with my grading 8 with 10 being off assembly line polished this car looks brand new but we all know black paint shows every hair scratch so i rather impress you than disappoint as you see many for sale which look very exact yet are either cloned, or incorrect motor this car has every part original i have the stock cassette player as well which will be re installed pending sale the motor is clean enough to eat off . i had the top end slightly upgraded to produce additional power and she sounds extremely rugged with the replaced camshaft perfectly shacking the hood air scoop to fit the fast look of this body style. all original parts still included such as the orig carb,cam, manifolds . i kept the original block in place and avoided any hot rod chrome foolishness to keep original as possible being a real low mileage SE Y84 with original factory built sheet as well. professional shop did the mild mods to the top end to include planing the heads to perfection and spec matched by summit the cam shaft,pistons,rings,valve-stem,guides seals springs etc and a nice functioning Holley carb very responsive and throaty with the professional straight pipes from the headers back and a 2500 stall convertor . i even have the original torque converte, cam,etc the undercarriage is perfect and gorgeous. not the average crappy black hide whatever paint on majority these. i spared no expense with spending 5k to professionally paint the areas the factory produced as faded or dull such as the hood was removed and painted gloss black on inside as well as the inner fenders and all around the motor area nicely painted gloss black . also doors removed and meticulously painted beautifully as well as the trunk was painted to be better than factory with gloss under trunk lid and all surrounding areas. the original spare tire and yes has the original tire inflater all beautifully painted and detailed and the trunk floor was nicely painted with a flator low luster trunk paint and finished with a new original trunk carpet, all original factory stickers and labels were purchased and installed in exact location (under hood, trunk and inside the doors everything! the seat, carpet and panels are all perfect. all gauges work. only minor detail i never bothered detailing was the ac/heat blower switch which works but only on 1 or 2 of 3 settings ( like i said minor) E brake is as was from factory smooth and strong. tires were purchased new years back with plenty of tread but can not promise the mild drying lines which may or not be again rather you impressed than upset, even had the rear leaf springs and shocks completely removed and replaced to retain the factory height most remain worn and lowered as the cost for labor was not cheap as these take time removing with shackles in hard reach locations. all disc,break, springs cables were replaced starts,drives,shifts beautifully. all gears respond right and as should . the posi will spin you in complete circle with little extra pressure {woohooo like the movies} to find one as original and rock solid true and clean will not be easy and within few years absolutely near impossible with inflation over last few years . have clear original title in hand along with the original built sheet to verify all . encourage serious buyer to have inspected by your choice . buy fully understanding the suggested pre inspection method is suggested to verify my statements of condition meet yours .when you purchase you assume the overall condition whole car meets your approval with option to fully inspect . if inspection scheduled please allow 24 hour notice and inspection will only be performed in my garage and with winter the car is not to be-road tested sorry no salt for this girl
