1977 Pontiac Trans Am. Rare 400 v8 with 4 speed model. Runs and drives fine. Body overall is solid. All the typical areas where these cars rust this one does not have it. Mechanically it runs well. There are some oil leaks that will need to be addressed. Clutch and transmission work well. Rear axles is a posi-traction unit. I am not sure of the ratio. Steering and brakes work well. Exhaust system is old and could use renewing. Interior is rough. Will need new headliner, carpet, door panels, carpet, and center console. The paint was done many years ago. It looks like a cheap job maybe Maaco or One Day. The car has good bones but is a great basis for restoration.
