Up for your consideration is a one family owned 1983 Pontiac Parisienne Sedan. The car runs and drives well; power steering. power brakes. 305 V-8. K & N air filter. 700 R4 Transmission. Rostra cruise control. power driver seat. power windows. power door locks. alarm system. Alpine stereo and DVD changer. Alpine 4x6 front speakers. Alpine 6x9 rear speakers. CB Radio with trunk mounted antenna. 90 Amp alternator. New Optima Red Top battery. The engine was replaced in 2005 with an AC Delco remanufactured engine. It is still an H code 305 5. 0 liter 4 BBL V-8 as originally equipped. Current mileage on the car is 378. 11 and the remanufactured engine's current mileage is 91. 45. Regular maintenance intervals have been followed and the remanufactured engine has always been run with synthetic oil. Oil was last changed on December 1. 2014. Air conditioning has been retrofitted to R134A and cools well. Heater works well. All 4 shock absorbers were replaced in 2010. Starter was replaced in 2010. The transmission was rebuilt in 2007 and the transmission fluid was last changed in 2011. Fuel pump was replaced in 2011. Mechanically. the car is in good condition overall and runs and drives well. but the carburetor is needing to be rebuilt or replaced. The fuel economy has been on the decline in the past few years. The interior is worn but is in good condition overall. The dashboard has cracks. there is some upholstery sun damage and tearing. there is some minor wear on various interior trim pieces. and the two rear power door lock actuators are weak. There are paint issues and some minor dents but overall the car is solid. There is some rust on the wheels; the right front door. nbsp;left rear door and right rear door's top portions where the weatherstrip meets the window frames have some rust. This is a 31 year old vehicle with the normal wear and tear that would be expected in a vehicle of its age. It is not being sold as a restored vehicle. The car was my daily driver up until 2011.
