1970 PONTIAC GTO 455 HO RAM AIR III

This beautiful GTO has just gone through a very extensive restoration. It is a very rare and desirable car - a 1970 GTO 455 HO Ram Air III - one of only 241 made.

BARN FIND / EX DRAG CAR.

1970 GTO with the L75 4BBL 455 HO Engine, 601 "HD Air Inlet" aka Ram Air Package and M40 TH400 transmission. PHS documented, Cardinal Red with black vinyl roof and original black interior. Original 12 Bolt posi rear end and F41 rear suspension still with the car as well as the number matching disassembled 4 bolt L75 455 engine and M40 TH400 transmission. This car has under gone a cosmetic restoration to the rust free body. Floors and quarters are original to the car as well as the doors, fenders and endura nose. New Goodmark ram air hood, trunk lid, front valence and chrome rear bumper. NOS GTO rear lower valence with exhaust cut outs. New vinyl top with the original trim and stainless.
Original black carpet, seats and door panels with a new headliner and rear deck lid. Original black console. Restored original 14x6 Rally II wheels with new center caps and lug nuts. New brake rotors and pads in the front, new shoes and hardware in the rear all hooked to the original rust free brake lines. Frame is in excellent condition with no signs of rust or repair ever.

I reserve the right to sell this vehicle locally prior to the end of any advertisement or listing.
AT CLOSE OF AUCTION
The successful "winning" bidder must telephone me at (905) 933-8119 within 24 hours after the auction has ended to verify purchase and make arrangements to complete the transaction. $1,000.00 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is due within 48 Hours of auction end. Full payment must be received within 7 business days of the end of auction. Payment must made by bank wire transfer only. If the funds are not received, and an alternate arrangement has not been made, the vehicle can and will be made available to other potential buyers on a first-come, first-serve basis. The parties agree that this contract shall be construed under the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, that the Provincial Court of Ontario, Canada shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any action brought to enforce the terms of this contract or over any action arising out of the underlying transaction(s) with seller and venue may be had in the Ontario Superior Court of the Province of Ontario.
I have disclosed as much information as possible about this vehicle. However, I recommend that all buyers conduct an inspection either in person or through a qualified professional third party inspector prior to the end of the auction. If such inspection reveals a substantial discrepancy between the information contained in the listing and the actual vehicle, we will correct the problem or work out a compromise.
I will assist with shipping arrangements however, the buyer pays all shipping costs. I do not have any affiliation with, or interest in, any transportation companies and all questions or concerns should be addressed directly with them.
