Car description

This is a NO RESERVE listing for 1968 Pontiac GTO convertable project car with a 400 V* and manual transmission. It has leather interior, rally clock, and bucket seats. The car is pretty decent condition for what it is. It has NO RUST ON THE QUARTER PANELS! The floors don't have that bad of rust..NO RUST THROUGH!! I have taken close up photos of the quarter panels and floor area. I tried my best to get the hood open past a few inches along the front left corner, but just enough to get my phone in to show it's all there. Car sat outside in bitter winters. It hasn't driven since '85, but did start about 2 years ago. This car IS COMPLETE! The engine and drivetrain IS ORIGINAL! My step father had this car since '81 and verified everything years ago. This was sold on eBay about 2 1/2 years ago and the guy never paid for it; afterwards it was handed to me because I really wanted it at the time and I managed to get it running, but never had enough money to put aside to restore it, now I can't even get the hood open again, but don't want to bend the metal and honestly don't have the time or interest in it anymore with my financial problems. It would actually not be that hard to restore considering it mechanically complete and the rust isn't that bad. the trunk floor isn't too rusted either, it's borderline past surface rust, but not completely rusted through. If you would like to view or inspect the bike for yourself, please feel free to do so at anytime during the auction by contacting me at 260-786-6425. I usually didn't require a deposit, but due to bidders with no life, I now require a non-refundable $400.00 deposit at close of auction. If you plan on shipping, I am happy to help and assist in anyway I can, I have a few shipping companies that I personally deal with and can help with arrangements. Any questions, feel free to contact me. Thanks and good luck bidding.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a 'buy it now' price on this, but that usually goes away after a bid is placed.
