Up for bid is 1966 Plymouth Barracuda 273 V8 4 speed New Mexico car

273 V8, 4spd in the console, Green with Citron interior. Previous owner purchased car in 1972, car was park it in 1986. Car has 111644 miles, since I purchased it, I have done a complete tune up (spark plugs, spark plug wire, distributor cap, rotor, points, condenser, fuel filter, air filter, oil and filter). I also had the carburetor professionally rebuilt, added a new master cylinder, four brand new tires, and newer a battery. The engine runs well, and starts right up and purrs. The car yard drives and is not road worthy. It needs suspension work, the strut rod have broken through the K frame. One side was repaired the other side still needs repaired. The K frame either needs to be repaired or replaced, a replacement K frame is included with the car. The steering box and/or power steering pump needs to be replaced, a used steering box is included. The shifter also needs to be adjusted, sometimes it has difficulty getting into 1st and 2nd. The car has minimal rust, just some on the passenger quarter and surface rust in the trunk pan. The rest of the car is clean and rust free, clean floors, frame rails, doors and front fenders. There are some dents on the hood, driver's door, driver's rear quarter, and the trunk filler (panel below the trunk lid). Most of the replacement parts are included with the car. A replacement hood, drivers fender, complete driver's door (glass and locks included) trunk lid, center grille section, rear window, passenger door glass, and vent window and drivers quarter glass. Other parts included: drive shaft, suspension center link, and an extra bottom half of a rear seat.

This car is an awesome start for a restoration and deserves to be restored! Clean New Mexico tile.

Terms of the sale:

A $500.00 non-refundable deposit is due within 24 hours of the auction close, and the remainder is due within 7 business days of the auctions close. PayPal money order, cashier's check, cash, or bank transfer are acceptable forms of payment. The buyer is responsible for shipment or pick of this vehicle. The cars need to be picked up within 30 days of the auction end. Storage charges will be accumulated thereafter.
