1963 Plymouth Convertible Mint Condition California Car

Ok all you classic car fans! What we have here is a very rare bird. Only a couple thousand of these cars were made in 1963, nd who knows how many are left, nd of the ones that are left, ou won't find a more solid convertible. This car sat in a dry shed for 39 years. That being said the floorboards are all in great condition, ith no rust nor rust holes. The overall condition of the body and car is an A+. This car is a radio-delete, eater-delete, anual transmission cruiser. Werescuedit from a Los Angeles backyard. The back plate tags were from 1977. The original owner passed away, nd that's where I come in, urchasing this carseveralyears ago. Since then I've went through a lot of effort to make it a good, riveable, eliable car. I went through the fuel system (Fuel tank and carburetor, hile cleaning out the lines),did a complete tune up and brake job, nbsp;and added new tires and a new exhaust.On a cold start, he car fires right up. It idles well and purrs like a kitten. The clutch and transmission are in great shape, nd it doesn't make any noise or leaks. The car has no oil leaks, nd the rear end is nice and quiet. You can cruise down the freeway all day long at 80 miles per hour. The front end is super tight, ith no vibrations, hakes, r noises. It's extremely smooth, nd when you let go of the steering wheel, t goes straight, nd the wheel is centered. No bump steer or rattles. It's an extremely tight convertible. I'm not really sure what the real milage is, ut it drives like a low-mile car. It has 4 wheel drum brakes, hich have been serviced, nd the front-end alignment is dead on.The radiator has been rodded out, nd the cooling system works great. All the gauges on the dash work, xcept for the clock. This is a very reliable car, nd you should be able to drive it anywhere.The car is very complete with all the trim intact, nd all the stainless steel and chrome is nice and bright. A few of the pot metal trim parts have some minor pitting. It's painted with a bright blue pearl metallic, ase coat clear coat two tone paint. The car is laser straight and has a mirror-like reflection. The top, nterior, nd carpet are all new and in great shape. The dash is really nice with no cracks. It comes with a custom made boot to cover over the convertible top when it is down. The lights and turn signals all work properly. It has new weatherstripping all the way around, nd all the windows work, ith unscratched glass, nd they all go up and down great. The car has a numbers-matching motor and transmission. The motor is a poly 318 with a 2 barrel carburetor, hich runs great, ut you can always upgrade this MOPAR into a HEMI or a big block engine. The rear end is an 8 3/4 limited slip that doesn't leak or make noise.I have a clear and open title in my name, nd it has current registration. The car is located in East County, an Diego, alifornia, nd it is for sale locally. The auction could be ended early.
