Vintage 1964 Peugeot BB 104 Moped Scooter

I don't know if it will start. Not sure if it takes straight gas or a mix. Engine is not frozen. Original seat. Not much plastic here. Looks to have always been kept inside. Will show this as pick up only, but if you will pay for the shipping then we can do that. I do not have a title for the s cooter.
