Car description

The Packard name in all automotive circles recognize it as one of the top marquee names of classic vehicles. The performance that was decades ahead of the time along with the styling that punctuated the brand. These were built for the wealthy class with high regards to quality and sophistication. Some even called it the Banker's car! The name will always demand attention and be instantly recognizable to the car enthusiast.
This remarkable 1955 Packard Caribbean with the very rare color or Rose Quartz has been pampered, adored and treated like part of the family for the past 31yrs of ownership. This car was found by the current owner at a dealership in Hudsonville Michigan where it was a nice driver with a solid body but was in need of some TLC. The owner fell in love with it instantly and his wife and him adopted this Packard and brought it to his office where it sat next to his Ferrari 308 and began to get ready for its full restoration.
This vehicle was treated to an open checkbook for the past 3 decades and during the extensive 2+ years of the restoration it was outfitted with OEM parts and top shelf labor and knowledge of the vehicle. This car was restored to it factory setup with the only modification being the convertible boot cover that was restored with authentic leather in the Rose Quartz color instead of the vinyl white setup. On Friday July 27th 1990 the car had its coming out party where the owners invited some of their dearest friends and everyone that had a hand in restoring this car at their home in Ada, Michigan where it was shown off like a newborn child.
The list is long and the receipts are very extensive that showcase the transformation from how it was purchased to how it sits today. The vehicle has always been stored properly in a climate controlled environment with the vehicle slightly raised off the ground on a two post lift. The car was routinely started up and ran to proper temperature on a weekly basis.
This vehicle is ready for any major car competition, weekend drives or tucked in your private collection to enjoy and admire. Vehicle comes with extensive records and receipts, factory brochure, factory owner's manual (very rare), two sets of keys and clean Michigan title. Vehicles like this are highly desirable and very rarely seen on the open market.
