This is a NO RESERVE auction for a 1938 Packard Super Six.
The basics are its a PROJECT or PARTS car. It DOES NOT RUN IT DOES NOT DRIVE!
Winning bidder shall own the vehicle and be responsible for pickup before the end of July.
A deposit of $300 is required within 24 hours. Full payment received within 7 days and the car needs to be picked up by July 31, 2019.
I have paperwork on this car that appears it was a Florida car and then brought to the Chicago area in the 90s. We got this car a couple years ago and put it out front as a yard ornament.
It appears that someone was attempting to restore this car but gave up based on the paperwork requesting engine rebuild parts etc....
I would highly advise that you visit the car in person prior to bidding.

The driveline is there and the engine does turn freely it is not locked up. There is no battery nor wiring so I have no idea if it will run or not.
The transmission is there and the rear axle is there as well. The car does roll if pushed.
The tires amazingly still hold air, I dont know how.
This again is an absolutely no reserve auction and the winning bidder will own this car regardless of price.
Mileage is unknown. Vin will be reissued with new title not 17 digits. I just put some numbers in the boxes as ebay required though these are not accurate.
We are selling this car because we are relocating our business and we are choosing to not have old cars out front. We dont sell old car parts and I am not in the restoration business so I have no reason to keep this vehicle any longer. If I was not moving this vehicle would remain an ornament.
