Car description

We are Euclid Car Co at 1241 E. 286th St., Euclid, OH 44132. Thank you for looking at our vehicle. You will need a Paypal account to bid. Our hours of operation and pickup times are Mon - Fri from 10AM to 4:30PM.Please do not message us through eBay, only by our phone number. We do not read texts. Phone calls only. If for some reason we don't answer the phone, leave a message and we promise to call you back as soon as possible. If you have any questions about the vehicle, call Stan at 216-598-7011. If you win the vehicle, please send a $500 non-refundable deposit to our Paypal account within 12 hours. Full payment due in 3 days. eBay is letting anybody bid, regardless of your past history. If you as a buyer have not bought at least 3 items in the last 3 months, you need to call us before you bid or your bid will be immediately removed.

We are trying to be fair to all buyers and we do not want non paying bidders bidding up cars that an honest person wants to buy, and being bid up by a person who is playing a game with our account and thousands of other accounts in this country. We want to be fair and square to all real potential bidders. Non paying buyers will be reported to eBay. We hope not to have any. Balance is to be paid by check, cash or wire transfer only. Please send us your name, phone number and address directly through eBay so we can work out the paperwork and delivery after deposit has been made. We charge $150 for paperwork, which is the doc fee and title transfer and 45 day tags are available for $25.

We sell all cars as-is, which means the buyer is responsible for any and all repairs, according to the Ohio Buyer’s Guide (includes body, mechanical, frame and interior). We do our best to describe all vehicles as accurately as possible, but keep in mind that opinions may differ and that it’s the buyer’s responsibility to inspect the car before bidding. We advise all bidders to get a third party to check out the vehicle if they can’t make it out themselves to ensure their complete satisfaction. The reason all deposits are non-refundable is because when someone bids, that means they are 100% satisfied with this vehicle. They have either seen the car, sent out a third party, or are willing to accept the car with my pictures and my word, which may not be the same as theirs. Please don’t come out and re-check the car, see if your family member likes it, then decide you don’t want it, because then your $500 deposit will be gone. The trust I’m giving all buyers to 100% check the car out before the auction is the way this auction is being run. This must be done before bidding. When you view the pictures of the vehicle, make sure you look at them on a large screen to ensure that you can see all attributes of the car.

If the car starts and runs onto the truck, but it does not start at arrival, that is the buyer’s responsibility (cars may be damaged on a long, bouncy trip). Once the car is paid for, all buyers should put insurance on the vehicle because they now own it. We will work with your shipper or you can call Mike, our shipper, for a rate at 781-763-7447 Ext. 208. We leave all buyers positive feedback. All sales are final. All deposits are non-refundable, so please make sure you know exactly what you're buying before you bid. Our shipper will get the car to you within 4 days to 2 weeks at a fair price. If you'd like to call him for a price, that would be fine.

All cars left on our lot after 30 days will be charged $18 a day and we hope we never have to collect a dime. But we don't have enough space to store everyone's cars after they're paid for. It's the buyer's responsibility to pick up their car that they just purchased. Please remember we are on the buyer's side. Please only bid if you are a real bidder who wants to purchase the vehicle, and again, if you haven't purchased 3 items over the last 3 months we will remove your bid. If you're a zero bidder and you bid at the last second just before the auction ends, the vehicle will be offered to the bidder before you and you will not end up with the vehicle, so you need to call us.

We're offering for sale a 1962 Olds Cutlass F85 2-door Convertible Classic Survivor. This car is absolutely amazing. I have never seen one in the last 20 years until I bought this one. This is a rare car and in fantastic condition. We bought this car from a gentleman who purchased it in Florida 20 years ago. He brought the car back to Cleveland, OH and just drove it in the Summer only to car shows. The guy bought all kinds of extra parts, as seen in the pictures. It has an extra set of hubcaps, a pair of skirts, and all the booklets and all the records, owner's manual, a separate manual for the convertible top (all factory), and 3 full boxes of all kinds of parts that you may or may not ever use.

This car also has the parade boot, which is connected by the back seat. The body on this vehicle is very very nice. The underneath of the car is as solid as a rock, as seen in the pictures. Again, being that this is an all original car, the interior is all original, and what you see is how it looks 59 years later. The convertible top and window is newer. We think the blue top looks nice on the car. An individual can also dye it a color that they may like better. The car has a V8 engine, (which is an upgrade because a lot of these came through with 6s), dual exhaust, power steering and brakes, a power convertible top that works perfect, and an AM tube radio that works 100% with an FM converter with all the papers for the FM converter. This car drives 100%. Not only is it fun to drive, it's also really fast. It's not large so it's easy to park in your garage or wherever you're storing the vehicle, but it still will hold 4 people without a problem.

When you view all the pictures, both the 24 on eBay and the 157 pictures in the Flickr slideshow below, please check out all the chrome, all the windows, the dash, the tires and hubcaps. This car is definitely a rare find, so if you like the car, please let me know. If you'd like to come and check the car out before you bid to buy it, I'd like very much to take as much time as you need to go over the car with you. I would like very much to sell the car to an individual who is going to give it a good home and drive it this coming summer, because the car deserves to be shown off. The mileage on the car is 10K miles exceeded. The title is clean and it's ready to go.

GOOD LUCK TO ALL BIDDERS!
