Up for sale is an amazing one-owner, special-order 1968 Oldsmobile Cutlass S Sport Coupe. Ordered in beautiful Scarlett Red with White Interior and matching white vinyl top. I bought the car from the original owner still wearing original paint, completely unmolested, with a failing vinyl top. Fortunately the car has always been parked under cover, or in a garage... there was NO rust under the top whatsoever. The car has been treated to a quality professional repaint in the correct Scarlet Red, and now has a new vinyl top as well.

The interior is completely original and exceptional, as you can see.I installed a new rear package tray and a new carpet kit; that's it! The dash is perfect without even a crack, and all the functions work except the radio. The body is super straight, and also completely rust free. The "S" model features bucket seats, center consolewith factory floor shifter, automatic transmission, power steering, power brakes, power antenna, and more.

The engine is the born-with original 35- Rocket with a fresh tune-up, fluids, filters, etc. The transmission has just been serviced with new oil and filer, and the brake system has been gone through. New battery, all the lights work including the interior courtesy lights. This car is a time machine.

The wheels are the original steel wheels with restored factory wheel covers and brand new performance 235/60 radial tires.

Prior to paint ALL the exterior trim was removed, the car sanded, primed, sealed, and blocked. The panels are original and ridiculously straight. The paint is a higher-end 2-stage base/clear job that looks as good as it did when new, and is of far higher quality. The grills and headlamp bezels have been cleaned and painted, and the balance of the interior/exterior nicely detailed... the car looks great. Not perfect/new, but not priced like a fully-restored car either.

This is a rare opportunity to own an unrestored American classic in one of the best factory paint colors offered. Being original, this car will continue to climb in value.

Clear title in hand, matches VIN exactly for export, inspection, etc. International buyers are welcome as long as you contact me first, and are able to pay promptly.

Please be prepared to remit payment in full within 3 days of auction's end via deposit to my Bank of America account, or bank-to-bank wire transfer. While every effort is being made to describe the Olds as accurately as possible, it is in fact a 51-year-old classic and therefore being sold exactly as-is, without warranty or guarantee expressed, written, or implied. Expect minor gremlins and small issues associated with a vintage vehicle of this age and era. Shipping is the full responsibility of the buyer; I will make the vehicle and myself available for loading on short notice, and can help coordinate a carrier if that helps you.

Please feel free to call me with any questions you may have. I reserve the right to end the auction early, as I have the car advertised locally as well.
