MG 1971 MGB

MG MGB .
A well sorted out Old English White MGB with Autumn Leaf interior. A good example of a classic British car. Rebuilt engine has 3000 miles and runs well. The tires are Michelin and the car comes with a premium Stayfast soft canvas top. Interior including premium carpet is in good condition. Carburetors are freshly rebuilt, crank seal replaced, brakes rebuilt including new master cylinder. and valves adjusted. Many new parts including electronic fuel pump, distributor cap, points and condenser, turn signal switch, filters and voltage stabilizer. Dash was removed in it’s entirety and replaced with a new one from Moss Motors. Battery cut off switch. Replaced A arm bushings.
This classic starts with ease and drives like a dream. It is dependable and maintains good oil pressure and operating temperature even in the hot Texas heat. The paint is good, the body straight and the chrome is good and extra paint. Floor boards are strong and rocker panels have been replaced. The electrical system is clean and remains functioning as it was originally. The suspension is good. Overall this is a great driving dependable car that enjoys rolling through the country side. The only drawbacks is a slight rear end clunk due to an improperly adjusted ring gear and pinion after recent rebuild. Rear end is otherwise quiet and smooth. In addition there is a small ding on the upper side of the front right fender that can only be seen at certain angles. We tried to get a picture of it but it wouldn’t show up in the photo.
