Offered for sale, from KURT TANNER MOTORCARS, is this exceptionally nice MGA Roadster finished in a fantastic and traditional factory color scheme. This car was recently purchased from it's Pacific Northwest seller who painstakingly restored this car from the ground-up to extremely nice original standards, using all of the correct parts. This lovely restoration has been documented with photos and receipts and drives/shows extremely well with only minimal test miles.The bodywork and paint on this car are exceptionally good. The car's body panels were completely and professionally stripped to bare metal and then built back up with minimal repairs, etching primer, and show quality bodywork and paint by professionals. The car shows excellent panel fit and paintwork finish buffed to a high gloss. Chromework is mostly all new along with a new rubber kit, emblems, windshield, lights, bumper set, grille, etc...The car's interior was completely renewed with quality Moss Motors trim kits including red leather seat kits, foam kits, panel kit, correct black carpet kit, beautiful (and perfect-fitting) upgraded black cloth soft top, new sidescreen set, upgraded black carpet trunk kit, etc. The car's original dashboard has been correctly painted and fitted with rebuilt instruments, a new wiring harness, cables, fittings, wiring components, etc.The car's engine bay looks perfectly factory correct and has been detailed to high standards with all new components. The car's correct and original 1500 engine and gearbox have been completely rebuilt with all new machining and all new parts fitted. The rear axle was also rebuilt. The car's suspension/steering was rebuilt front and rear with upgraded bushings and shock absorbers. The car is fitted with new tires on it's original powder-coated rims. The braking and fuel systems have been completely renewed/rebuilt. The car is mechanically superb, driving and operating just like a new MGA would have.The car's underside is lovely and clean and shows all new marine ply floorboards, stainless exhaust system, new wiring, fuel and brake lines, cad-plated fittings.Overall, a superb early 1956 MGA 1500 Roadster in fantastic traditional colors, that has undergone an exhaustive and high quality restoration in the hands of it's previous caring owner.
