1959 MG A COUPE 1500: --British Racing Green with Camel interior, Tan carpeting, 1500cc inline four-cylinder engine with a 4-speed manual gearbox, Wire wheels, Frame-off documented restoration, BMHT Certificate. The MGA was in a completely different league to its predecessors. A new era sports car for its day, it was extremely stylish and an instant hit, selling more than 13,000 units in its first year of production. The MGA was a true 100+ mph sport car in standard form. This MG A was completed on February 25, 1959 with factory options including wire wheels, heater, adjustable steering column and windscreen washers. This MG A went through a complete two year, no expense spared, nut and bolt restoration in 2006-2007 by Lander’s Antique Autos of Elyria, OH. Since, it has remained in excellent collector ownership with limited mileage and exceptionally maintained regardless of use.
