1978 MGB Nice Driver, owned many years by older woman til recently. Last inspection expired May 2011. Only 600 miles from previous inspection and previous owner says 21749 is original mileage. Car was always mechanically maintained by Sports Car Haven in Danville, PA. Car was painted sometime in 2008 in Metallic Green. Paint looks good but there are some chips but nothing too bad. Body had work done too. Floors are solid but someone put some kind of fiberglass or other covering on top of the floors under the carpet to strengthen them, I guess. Floors look good from under the car, but the inner rockers had some work done on both sides that is functional, solid but not pretty. It looks OK and will stay for many years as is. The car starts really easy, runs super quiet, holds 50lbs oil pressure, runs cool and shifts and downshifts through all gears. Car is a smooth driver with no rattles, shimmy, etc. Tires have good tread but old, wheels were recently painted and trim rings polished. All electrics, gauges. brakes, ebrake work. The interior is FANTASTIC!!!! This interior is over $2500 in Moss Motors. This was installed in 2010 and is excellent. New seats, foams, carpets, door cards, kick panels....all new. There's virtually no wear on the interior. Because the carpets are so new, clean and light colored, I will include a set of rubber MG floor mats or a carpeted set at the buyers choice. I prefer the rubber ones because they are easy to clean and don't hold moisture. I have a clear PA Title ready to transfer. The car is for sale locally so I will end the auction early if sold.
