(This car is a nice piece of American history)

If you are looking for a rare 1954 Mercury custom 2 door coupe that you could drive and show off in your town, this is it! This is one more nice car. According to the old oil service stickers on the door this is the cars original miles.(23,501) It is all numbers matching. This car was bought at a RM Auction in Auburn IN in 2018. It sits in our museum on display. The car has had a repaint,(on the outside only door jambs have not been painted) the seats have been completely redone along with the carpet. This car has a lot of the original interior still in it. It still has the original spare tire and tire chains.(never been on the tires) It has the original owners manual in the glove box. The engine runs great doesn't smoke or have any noise in it. The transmission shifts as it should, all lights/signals work as they should. As far as I can see the car has no bad rust issues. The floor pans or the trunk pan have not been replaced or patched. Even the bottom of the doors haven't had any rust issues. It has had a new exhaust put on it. Underneath the car hasn't been painted what you see is the real deal, we are not trying to cover up nothing. This is a solid car. It sits on like new wide white wall tires. This car really looks great. This is an older repaint and will have a paint chip here and there. (nothing bad) The bumpers look great you can tell they have age on them but are not pitted with rust. Please look at the pictures good this is not a restored car, its an original 23,501 mile car. These pictures doesn't give the car justice. This is a very nice car.
