1951 Mercury Chopped and Channeled V8 6 Pack

I'm helping my Uncle list this vehicle. Looking at the title he purchased this in 1997. Runs great. Not sure of mileage, I listed it at 100,000 but have no idea. He said this was a California car. It is chopped and channeled, the dashboard is not in the vehicle as there was an electrical problem which he said has been fixed. The car has been converted to a 12 volt system. The dash is included as shown in photo though it just has to be put back in. The car runs. It has a flat head V8 with 3 3 barrel carbs,' new headers and he has a set of new aluminum heads that go with the vehicle but and not on it, and dual crane ignition. (not sure what that is) There are some scratches/damage as shown in photos.
