1977 Mercedes-Benz SL-Class

Power comes from an unmodified 4.5-liter V8 equipped with the California emissions package (494) and paired to a 4-speed automatic transmission. I’ve looked this car over from every angle inside and out (and underneath) and see no evidence of body repair. Panel fit is factory perfect, no sign of filler or welding, assembly bolts and screws are undisturbed, etc. Even the 4 headlights are all the GE originals.
Partial service records, clean title, no rust, the car has also been fitted with newer leather seat upholstery and trunk carpeting, a Blaupunkt Newport stereo, an R134a A/C conversion, a replacement soft top, and a non-original windshield. Had my kid shoot a video of the car starting up from cold, should be posted shortly…..Low reserve !!! Will be sold to the highest bidder. No trades !!
