1987 MERCEDES BENZ 420SEL ONLY 70K MILES, LOW RESERVE!

1987 MERCEDES BENZ 420SELUp for auction is a very nice well maintained 1987 Mercedes Benz 420 sel. I purchased the car from a dealer in PA about a year and a half ago. The car is in excellent condition with only 70,500 miles. The car is white with a beautiful burgundy interior. The overall condition of the vehicle is nice. There are some small scratches, dents, and dings that you would expect from a 30+ year old car. The interior is in great condition with very minimal wear anywhere. The car runs and drives very well as you would expect from a Mercedes. It has that great european ride and you feel the weight of the car, they don't build them like this anymore. In the past few months I have spent over $5000 on maintenance on this car. I've attached a couple invoices for some of the work. In addition to what you see on the invoices was 4 new tires Bridgestone Blizzaks ( I have 4 Michelin tires with about 50% tread life left that were on the car), alignment, new front and rear shocks, all new belts on the drive systems, new stereo (OEM stereo included, however doesn't work) and I'm probably forgetting some other service items. The vehicle is being sold as is with no warranty. The buyer is responsible for picking up or shipping the vehicle. I will be happy to assist with arranging a shipper if you need. $500 deposit required within 24 hours of auction ending and final payment due 7 days after auction ending.Deposit can be paypal, final payment must be by bank wire or cash. I will be able to store the car for a reasonable amount of time while buyer arranges shipping. The car has a clear Illinois title in my name.
