Car description

This 1985 Mercedes-Benz 300 TD serves as a beautiful example of two owner w123 wagon. Featuring a beautiful, rust-free champagne exterior and a clean, very nice palomino interior. All service and maintenance records for this car are included and have been tracked from new (1985 original sales receipt also included). Below, details on each aspect of the vehicles life are outlined:
Drive train and mechanical components:
Overall the car runs and drives extremely well, as outlined earlier, both the original and current owner have maintained the car extremely well and have kept all records on maintenance and repair since 1985. The car features 336,000 miles but operates as a car with far less travel. The car does not burn or leak any oil or fluids, and sounds as it should. Brakes, lighting, suspension and all components under the head also are in excellent operating order. The transmission shifts smoothly and also operates as expected. The front and rear suspension are also excellent.
Interior technical components:
All interior technical components such as switches, lighting, radio, etc. all work as expected. All windows and sunroof function as expected at normal speeds, with no electronic or regulator issues. All gauges also function perfectly. Climate control works very well, as does the AC system.
Exterior cosmetic condition:
Mostly original paint. A front right fender was repaired in the past, no signs of damage or repair work to inner fender, frame or wheel well are evident. An invoice with the car states any damage was localized to the external areas of the right fender. The paint is mostly original and shows some age. but over all is presentable with good luster. This car has never been taken apart and has been garaged most of its life, so the bright trim is exceptionally good. Rubber trim, such as door and window seals are also in like new condition.
Interior cosmetic condition:
Dashboard has no major cracks, and just one small one beginning by right speaker that is possibly an inch long or less. Wood is original and looks great. Seats and carpet are original and defy the age and mileage of this car. Some typical fading of rear carpet, but not nearly as bad as other examples.
