Car description

Mercedes Unimog out of a Southern Europe fire and rescue department. Under 25,000 miles. No rust at all. Spent its life inside, never off-roaded. Bi-yearly strict maintenance with all records. In much better shape than any civilian or military Unimogs. No leak.
VIN NUMBER IS:WDB4351151W149140Ebay would not accept this Euro VIN, The truck is a 1988
Single cab, with 3 seats, 1988 1300L OM352 engine, front and rear PTO, two speed PTO system (540 or 1000RPM), Front mounted 16000lbs PTO winch, rear mounted PTO pump. Fire truck Tank body (easy to remove). 8 speed air shift transmission that is a joy to shift, selectable 2wd, regular 4wd and full lock 4wd, regular 6.5 axles, About 55MPH max verified by GPS speed. Snorkel, Very nice off-road fire/tank truck, could also be converted to camper, flatbed....
5 matching tires are Continentals and are in good usable condition. I estimate about 60% left or more, see picture (I have never seen brand new tires of this type so I have nothing to compare with).
Thanks to Shane (Oregon) for pointing out that this truck has an Exhaust brake and a load sensitive automatic air over hydraulic braking power.
Would consider delivering in the US North East or Ontario for expenses.
I'm located in Canada, two hours North of Burlington, VT. Or an hour East of Montreal. I would recommend driving/flying here and see these trucks by yourself. If you are seriously looking for a super clean mog, travel cost would be minimal compared to the cost of buying a rusty unit. You will like the condition. This is a good time to buy since the US Dollar is very strong. Would prefer to talk about price in person, in front of the vehicle.
I would take care of all duties, EPA and custom paper work for the right buyer.
I'm not a dealer. I'm selling my Euro truck collection to finance an other business project. The truck is owned by my business. No tax or duties for USA. For Canada, GST/HST/PST would apply.
Please email your complete contact info for more pictures, specs and my cell phone number. No tire kickers please, no free test drive. Let's have a talk before you hit the "buy it now" button. Thanks
I have relisted it with a make an offer button. I would prefer a local sale with money in hands, long distance sale consume a lot of precious time. My free time is limited.
