Car description

I have decided to sell my 280SL that I bought middle of last year. Here is what I know about the car:
Was imported to TX in mid 80s and converted with CAT and O2 sensor. Also had AC which I removed since it was not working and first generation cruise control. True mileage unknown.
I have a valid PA title. I do have a soft top (TAN) that is not ripped and the windows are pretty clear.
This is what I have done and what is still needed:
New exhaust installed with O2 sensor since there is some kind of emissions unit under the hood. I doubt it does anything.
Installed new weather stripping in places.
Got the right rims with good rubber.
Installed seat covers. Leather is shot/ripped in places.
All the lights work. Power windows work. Has 2 minor rust spots, otherwise pretty solid body and pretty decent paint. Passenger floor is patched under carpet. Brakes are good. Needs speedo cable installed. I have it on order.
The main issue is that it starts hard when cold and when warm. Starts fine right after you shut it off. Have not been able to diagnose this issue. Have replaced many things including fuel pressure canister at the fuel pump area.
I need a more dependable car since I am down one car to my daughter who needs one. No time for toys at this moment.
I am looking for reasonable offers. I know I will not get the money back I have into the car.
These are the only pics I have from the day I bought it. It is in my garage now in the PHilly suburbs.
