Mazda MX-5 Miata - Police lien auction

I purchased this car at a local police auction. The story is that the owner was arrested and not able to get the car out of the impound yard.
This is a classic original Mazda MX-5 Miata stick shift. The overall condition and performance of this car is suprising considering it's age. The tires are in excellent condition. The wheels appear to be aftermarket. The body is in very good shape with no signs of rust. The red paint is nice but there are scratches and scrapes here and there but nothing serious. The interior is all there and in very good shape for its age. It does have a couple small rips on the seats. The top is in newer condition and looks good with just a small crack in the rear plastic window that looks like glue will fix it. Registration is valid through July 2018 and the car comes with full tank of gas.
*Speedometer makes a rattling/pulsing sound
*The idle will sometimes go low and have a rough idle so you just need to give it a little gas.
* I have the signed off lien paperwork from the impound yard’s auction company. Once transferred to new owner it will be a clean title. Not salvaged.* I am NOT a mechanic. The car seems to run good and has no issues other than what I have listed but it is an older car. Please have the car inspected pre purchase as the car is being sold as is.
