Has up for auction a beautiful 1961 Suicide door Lincoln Continental that stands out from all the others!

This is a completely restored from top to bottom, inside and out gorgeous automobile that runs and drives as good as it looks.

The body is finished in a high gloss black that’s completely blemish free. According to the trim plate it was originally Honey Beige. I’m told it underwent a repaint within the past ten years.

The paint, chrome, custom wheel covers, tinted glass and molding are all exceptional. No nicks, scratches and of course not a hint of rust nor body repair anywhere. The underside is just as nice as the rest of the car.

The interior is original to the car. Done is a rose and black plush leather. No rips or tears anywhere. The four door panels, headliner, dash pad, steering wheel and gauge package are all excellent. The carpeting is also in excellent new condition. Recently added was a Sony disc AM/FM under dash unit. The original factory radio is still intact and was working before the updated unit was installed.

The car is factory optioned with working A/C, 6 way power seat, power brakes and steering, cruise control and tuck away A/C and heat vents.

The trunk and trunk pan presents like new. No damage nor rust repair ever. This is a totally rust free automobile that presents even better than when it rolled off the assembly line in 1961.

Under the hood is the original 430ci, 2 BBL carb engine that runs quiet, fast and strong. No fluid leaks nor engine blow back of any kind. The updated muffler system lets out a nice throaty low key rumble.

Driving this beauty is the very best part. She goes straight, fast and stops on a dime. The automatic transmission shifts smoothly through all the gears. A truly beautiful cruising boat!

This is without question the most sexy Lincoln Continental you’ll ever see. Only problem is all the attention it gets driving down the road.
