1941 Lincoln Zephyr Convertible Coupe.

1941 Lincoln zephyr convertible for sale. Been in the same family since early 1960's when it was purchased off the original owner. Aluminum head v12 motor, aluminum intake, 3 speed manual transmission on column with overdrive switch on floor. Factory heater box with defrost, radio and power top options. Radio is missing faceplate. Interior is 99.99 percent complete and original all the glass in the car besides convertible top window is all original. All knobs, cranks, buttons, etc are all original. Includes owners manual which looks to be original does not have any reproduction dates inside. Car was parked in garage 15 years ago and has not been driver or started since. Pictures are from the same day the car was removed from garage and moved to another. At time of pictures car had not been washed, or cleaned in any way. . Maybe ten years ago a new fuel pump was replaced but never finished install of fuel lines along with brand new Lester tires which are still new with no dry rot. Car had began to be restored in the late 1980's. Paint, new top, motor and transmission were rebuilt and car was driven to shows and such. Interior was never redone and is original seats, covers, carpet and door panels. No rust or rot anywhere on the car. All chrome was redone about 30-35 years ago. Motor turns over freely, car rolls and e brake works. Has a few welded patches on bottom of one rocker and inside of drivers fender. All original steel panels. Has aftermarket period correct reverse light on switch. Original 6 volt system never converted. Very very clean unmolested car. Only 720 convertibles made in 1941 maybe 200 left in existence. Clean mass title in hand, title says 151,000 miles A mistake was made by second gen family member as the odometer only says 46,xxx. Has original spare tire hold down, jack, jack base plate, and what I am told is the original convertible top cover that has never been removed from the factory bag. There is some original carpet and interior panels in the trunk as the front carpet is not on the floor. Missing one front piece of carpet. Car is located in central Massachusetts.
